We had hopped on the Densoft bandwagon in 2004 - So next year would be 20 grand years of using and sticking to Densoft. Densoft has grown immensely since we started and we were the pioneers in having a Digital Patient Management system. Today it has helped us a lot in many ways - keeping the patients treatment records has even allowed us to assess our own work too and it's longetivity too. The same is user friendly and even our clinical co - ordinator can use it. The system is very flexible and we can enter our own steps for better documentation. The back up support is really good. We have been helped from Mumbai at Jammu using the online support. They are always in the process of introducing newer aspects. I would look forward to them adding self assessment parameters for practice as well as better sync with social media platforms for sending messages, birthday/ anniversary wishes appointment reminders as well as other aspects.
Densoft from DenSmart, you have the best of both worlds(product and customer service). We purchased the software on July2022, and started the training sessions with the billing and management staff and continued with the front desk for scheduling. Finally, the excellent experience was the electronic records that our doctors and nurses have mastered very well. We feel that the training was detailed, professional and at our own pace. After several months of training, questions and answers meetings, we feel that our practice is more efficient, administration has more tools to improve management. The Updates keep us right on top of where we need to be. But what I am most impressed with is the level of customer service provided by your staff Mr. Ranjith Nambiar, to be specific! And it is not just one person. It has been from the start of the sales process to the support team answering questions.
